17. How are the logs delivered to the construction site?

Log homes are shipped from our plant in Kannapolis, NC via flatbed trailer. The logs can be unloaded by hand with the proper amount of help, however, we suggest renting the service of a forklift and operator. This method of unloading can save time as well as wear and tear on the logs. A 6000 lb. all-terrain forklift is recommended to allow unloading of complete bundles.
